Look Like?

Each session is different because each person is different! You are always "in charge" of what you bring with you to the session and what you would like to discuss. My job as the companion is to listen and reflect with you on what you share.

Some people like to include moments of silence/contemplation in their sessions, though if this is not comfortable for you, we will not do it. Those who are comfortable with or desire prayer may request or initiate that during their session.

What Are



Your Fees?

After the introductory session, which is free, I ask a fee of $30 - 50 per session. We will set the fee within that range based on your ability to pay.
